Restaurant Pizzeria Sottopoggio


The Restaurant and Pizzeria Sottopoggio is in Via di Sottomonte in Guamo, three kilometres from the "Walls". It is a family business. It is both a traditional restaurant and a meeting point for youngsters. Among its typical dishes there are "tortelli lucchesi", "tagliata" with mushrooms or rucola according to the season, and "farro". It has forty different kinds of pizza baked in an old fashioned brick oven. You can have also take away pizza.

Sottopoggio is a luminous restaurant with accurate service and it is suitable also for meetings, weeding banquets, ceremonies and groups of tourists. 100 seats indoors and 15 outdoors. There is a parking area suitable for any means of transport.
